The dental assistant, Johnny, was just as wonderful. He was attentive throughout my visit and even brought me a blanket when I mentioned I was cold, which was such a thoughtful touch. Before any treatment was done, the front office staff reviewed an itemized estimate with me and was completely transparent about the costs. I really appreciated knowing exactly what to expect. There was absolutely no judgment or pressure when I chose to decline some recommended services because of cost and insurance coverage. The hygienist was also honest, encouraging, and gave me practical advice on how to improve my oral health. Overall, I left feeling genuinely cared for and respected. I love this office! Every part of their staff is great, from their office staff to their dentists! Every hygienist I’ve had has been a pleasure but especially Jasmine. Addressing your dental health can be daunting but you can rest assured that it’s a judgement-free zone. Jasmine’s patience, attention to detail during the cleaning, and her tips on gum health was very appreciated!
