I haven't been to the dentist in a while due to insurance and when I first called this place the front staff was so kind. They are the first line of communication and they were so helpful. I saw Dr. Barbour who was so kind, patient and very informative. I needed work done and they were respectful, honest and not pushy. They are a little pricey but also my insurance is not the top of the line so it doesn't cover a whole lot. Since they were so great I chose to stick with them because that makes a difference in care.

Everyone here helped make my mouth healthy again through lots of hard work. I will pay careful attention to my mouth from now and my future appointments should be great. I appreciate their hard work.

The dental assistant, Johnny, was just as wonderful. He was attentive throughout my visit and even brought me a blanket when I mentioned I was cold, which was such a thoughtful touch. Before any treatment was done, the front office staff reviewed an itemized estimate with me and was completely transparent about the costs. I really appreciated knowing exactly what to expect. There was absolutely no judgment or pressure when I chose to decline some recommended services because of cost and insurance coverage. The hygienist was also honest, encouraging, and gave me practical advice on how to improve my oral health. Overall, I left feeling genuinely cared for and respected. I’m so happy I found this office and plan to continue coming here. I highly recommend The Heights Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for compassionate, honest, and patient centered dental care!
